SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We generally cannot accept returns or refunds. All sales are final. In the case of damaged items (which is rare) Please email us at email@example.com within 14 days of purchase and we will try to resolve it for you.
If you require an exchange, you will be responsible to pay for a return shipping label as well as shipping of the exchanged product. Once we receive the order then we will send out the exchanged product.
All orders are generally sent from the USA within 3-5 business days from receiving your order, however delivery times may vary.
SHIPPING WITHIN IN THE USA
All domestic orders are sent via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as a label is created.
SHIPPING TO REST OF THE WORLD
International orders can take from 7-21 days to reach you.
Orders shipped outside the U.S. are subject to import taxes (VAT) payable by the customer at time of delivery. We are not responsible to pay for these duties.
We are not responsible for USPS shipping delays or lost packages.
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information. Please contact us and we will work to accommodate your order, however additional shipping fees or an entire reorder may be incurred. In order to verify an incorrectly formatted address we may reach out to you only via email.
